Do I need an existing offer to qualify?

Yes — or a clear thesis we can build one from. The Install is for operators with a real business and real traffic. If you're starting from zero, start with my book and the Execution Era Collective first.

What's a realistic revenue target for the first cohort?

On $3k–$25k backend offers, operators doing $50k–$500k/mo pre-install typically close $200k–$1.2M on the first cohort. We only sign if the math works.

Does my team do any of the work?

Yes. This is done-with-you, not done-for-you. You own copy approval, offer decisions, and live-call delivery. We build, deploy, and tune the infrastructure.

What's the ad budget requirement?

Minimum $25k deployable across the 60-day run-up. Most clients deploy $50k–$150k. We won't take the slot if the ad budget can't fill the seats.

How is this different from Partner With Me?

Partner With Me is a 12-month ongoing operating partnership at $25k+/mo across the whole business. The Challenge Install is a single 90-day surgical deployment. You can absolutely stack them — several Partners started as Install clients.

What if we don't hit the numbers?

We don't sign unless the P&L math says we will. If we miss target by more than 20% on cohort one, I run cohort two at cost. I've done that twice in 47 cohorts.
